For security reasons, your PIN will generally arrive in the mail 2 to 3 business days after your card does. If for some reason you do not receive the PIN, or need the accessibility to the card prior to the PIN arriving, please bring the card in to any Interra office and speak with a Member Service Representative. After presenting proper identification, he or she should be able to reset the PIN for you. You will then have the ability to change it to the PIN of your choice.
